Where are the apartments?
On Rruga Kastriotët, Tirana, near the South–North Bus Terminal. The exact map is on each apartment's page.
How do I get the keys?
Check-in is self check-in: the keys are in a key box with a code. We send you the code and instructions before you arrive.
What time can I arrive and leave?
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. You choose your exact time when booking.
How do I pay?
In cash on arrival, or by bank transfer before arrival.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once we confirm your booking, you receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time. Message us on WhatsApp (+355 68 348 8348) or email ([email protected]).
How many guests can stay?
The studios are for up to 2 guests. The exact capacity is shown on each apartment's page.
What is in the apartment?
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen and a TV. The building has a lift.
Is there parking?
No, the apartments do not have private parking.
Do you serve breakfast?
No, but every apartment has an equipped kitchen.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
