Who we are

What data we collect
- When you book: your name, email, phone number, stay dates and times, number of guests and the language of the site.
- For security: your IP address, only temporarily, to block spam and attacks.
Why we use it
- To manage your booking: confirmation, cancellation and contacting you before and during your stay.
- To meet legal obligations where the law requires it.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services the site needs to work: Hetzner (server, Germany), Cloudflare (security and connection), Google (sending emails and the site's fonts) and OpenStreetMap (maps).
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only one technical cookie is used for the administrator login.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your booking and for legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can contact the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or your local data protection authority if you live in the EU.
